It's that time of year again to celebrate all things black women.

BET Networks and Beverly Bond, CEO/Executive Producer/Creator of BLACK GIRLS ROCK teamed up for their annual celebration of black celebrities, activists, influencers, and more. This year's event was taped at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark, NJ, hosted by Emmy-nominated actress Niecy Nash.

"Claws" actress Niecy Nash was decked out in a pink power suit before she hit the stage to get on her hosting duties.

“I am thrilled to host this year’s BLACK GIRLS ROCK! Awards," Niecy said in a press release. “We are celebrating Black women who serve the world with style, grace, class and sass!
