LeBron James & Lakers Rock Red ‘MAGA’ Hats That Demand Justice For Breonna Taylor + King James Sets Another Record, Pays Homage To Nipsey Hussle

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers organization are using their platforms to continue demanding justice for Breonna Taylor. King James also pays tribute to late rapper Nipsey Hussle during a game that put him in the history books again. More inside….

Hate him or love him – LeBron James is FOR the people!

LeBron James made sure to make a statement before for Game 1 of the Lakers first-round series against the Portland Trail Blazers in the Orlando Bubble on Tuesday night. King James and the Lakers in red baseball caps, only with a twist.

King James and several Lakers players wore customized “Make America Great Again” hats. The guys flipped Trump’s campaign slogan to “Make America Arrest The Cops Who Killed Breonna Taylor,” raising awareness to the Louisville EMT worker who was shot to death by police in her apartment last March.

We LOVE to see IT!

“By Any Means‼️ Lets Get It #JusticeForBreonnaTaylor,” LeBron captioned a collage of pictures of himself wearing the cap.

The Lakers IG account shared pics of the players rocking that hats as they made their way from the hotel to the arena for their playoff opener.

After the Lakers suffered a loss against the Trail Blazers (100-93), King James talked about why he’s not letting up about the case.

"You know, this is something that we continue to put our foot on the gas, continue to pressure," LeBron said during a post-game conference. "You know, the situation that's going on in Louisville, Kentucky. An innocent woman being killed in Breonna Taylor, a woman who had a bright future and her future was taken away from her. And there's been no arrests. There's been no justice. Not only for her, but for her family. And we want to continue to shed light on that situation, because it's just unjust, and that's what it's about."

Check it:

26-year-old Breonna Taylor was shot and killed inside of her apartment while she was sleeping. Police dressed in plain clothes executed a “no-knock” warrant related to a narcotics investigation.

Breonna and her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, were awaken by the officers who ran up in their apartment back in March. Breonna’s boyfriend fired shots at the police in self-defence, believing someone had broke into their home. He hit one of the officers and was hit with attemted murder charges. The police eventually released him and dropped the charges.

Meanwhile, no one has been arrested for Breonna's death yet.

Lonita Baker - the attorney representing Breonna's family - met with Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron (R) last week.

"We're not going to wait forever," Baker said, according to the Washington Post. "We do want this resolved quickly and accurately."

Bron also made sure to show off his “Nispey Blue” sneakers that he wore in honor of late rapper Nipsey Hustle.

”Legends never die. Nipsey Blue,” he captioned the Boomerang video. The west coast rapper was gunned down in front of his Marathon Clothing store in March 2019.

Rest up King.

King James made NBA history during Game 1. He became the first player in NBA history with at least 20 points, 15 assists and 15 rebounds in a playoff game. Woot! The 35-year-old baller is STILL breaking records.
