After those sexual misconduct allegations surfaced, rapper/actor T.I. is now being investigated by the LAPD. The Harris Family lawyer responds. Get it all inside…

The sexual abuse allegations made against rapper T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris aren’t going away any time soon. If you haven’t heard, dozens of women have accused the couple of sexual abuse, including claims of forced drugging, kidnapping, rape, coercion, and intimidation in Georgia and California.

The allegations were made public after Tip & Tiny’s former friend, Sabrina Peterson, filed a defamation suit against them. You’ll recall, the sex abuse scandal was brought to light back in January after Sabrina publicly put T.I. on blast for allegedly holding her at gunpoint in front of children a few years ago. Some of the alleged sexual assault incidents date back almost 15 years ago.

An incident from 2005 is now reportedly being investigated by the LAPD.

Deadline reports:

The 2005 incident saw the anonymous woman invited back to the couple’s hotel room after meeting them in a club. Having been offered a drink by T.I. once in the room, the woman told LAPD officials she soon found herself naked, in a shower and on a bed with the Harrises, as she felt increasingly sick.

The woman shares a lawyer in Tyrone A. Blackburn with Rachelle Jenks. The latter filed a report with the Las Vegas Police Department in April that details a similar sequence of drinks and rape.

New York based attorney, Tyrone A. Blackburn, contacted authorities in two states – Georgia & California – asking them to launch criminal investigations against the couple after more than 30 women – including victims & witnesses – contacted him in recent weeks. He said the allegations span more than 15 years and are all “eerily consistent.” The Hip Hop couple denied all of the allegations brought up against them.

Lawyer Tyrone Blackburn is seeking justice on behalf of 11 accusers, including Sabrina Peterson. Eight women allege either rapper T.I., his wife Tiny or someone in their camp (including rapper Nelly) assaulted them. The other three accusers include a young man that was eight years old – the son of Sabrina.

If the police are able to find enough information to bring up charges, it’s reported the file will be passed to Los Angeles County D.A. George Gascón office. It will then be up to the D.A. and the office’s sex crimes unit to decide if they want to take further action.

While Mr. & Mrs. Harris’ lawyer Tyrone Blackburn hasn’t responded to the investigation report, the APA-repped T,I,’s lawyer Steve Sadow released a statement, claiming Tip & Tiny have not been contacted by the LAPD.

“The Harrises have not spoken to or been contacted by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), the Las Vegas Police Department (LVPD) or, indeed, any member of law enforcement from any other jurisdiction in the country,” said the Atlanta-based attorney, going on to doubt the credibility of the women in the cases in the California and Nevada cases.

T.I. and Tiny have denied ALL allegations brought against them.

MTV Entertainment halted production of their VH1 family-oriented reality series, “T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle" and Tip will NOT be returning as his character Dave for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, the third installment of the film series.
