In anticipation of the highly-awaited Memorial Weekend release of the Disney live-action film, Halle Bailey continues to make waves on the carpet at several recent film premieres.

During the London premiere last night, the 23-year-old star, who flawlessly portrays Ariel in the live-action remake, graced the blue carpet in a fitted white gown, custom designed by Miss Sohee, that accentuated her beauty.

With a plunging neckline and sparkling accents reminiscent of a pristine seashell, Halle effortlessly captured the essence of her enchanting character.

Joining her at the premiere were her onscreen love interest, Jonah Hauer-King, and the talented Melissa McCarthy, who portrays Ursula.

Aww! Halle shared several special moments with some of her young fans.

The star-studded event also saw the presence of Sabrina Elba, wife of the esteemed British actor Idris Elba, adding an extra touch of glamour to the occasion.

Mama Tina Lawson stepped out to see the film and absolutely loved it, especially Halle's performance:

“At the premiere in London last night,” she wrote. “Didn't get to go on the real beach red carpet last night, because I had my grand children but the carpet was so enchanting it looked like a beach. @hallebailey was extraordinary in this Movie . So proud.”

British artist Stefflon Don turned it into a family night, bringing her nieces along for their first premiere. Adorbs.

English singer Rochelle Humes and her husband Marvin Humes enjoyed a family night out with the kiddies.

Fab times.

Halle's boyfriend, DDG, is making headlines after slamming Aladdin star Mena Massoud. Apparntly, the actor made critical remarks about The Little Mermaid that DDG didn't like, so he reacted on Twitter.

“I never watched Aladdin, and I never will. Tell bro when I see ‘em it’s up!," DDG tweeted.

DDG appears to be responding to comments made by Mena Massoud regarding the box office predictions for The Little Mermaid.

The Aladdin star shared his thoughts on whether Halle's film would surpass the $1 billion mark at the box office. Early projections indicated that the film was expected to slightly outperform Aladdin during its first week of sales.

In a tweet, Massoud mentioned that the success of Aladdin was partly due to audiences watching it multiple times, which contributed to it reaching the billion-dollar mark upon release. He speculated that The Little Mermaid may not reach that milestone but expressed confidence that it would still receive a sequel.

Following the tweet, Massoud deactivated his Twitter account due to negative responses from other users. One user remarked on his unemployment despite the success of "Aladdin," suggesting that he had other concerns to focus on.

Based on predictions, it is anticipated that The Little Mermaid will open with $115 million, which is $3 million more than the opening weekend of Aladdin at $112 million. Aladdin went on to earn $1 billion at the international box office, making it the third highest-grossing live-action Disney remake, trailing behind Beauty and the Beast in 2017 and The Lion King in 2019.
