Hundreds of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol where they fought with Capitol police, trashed offices, stole things, scaled the walls, and sprayed fire extinguishers as lawmakers took cover by hiding and barricading themselves in offices. As a result, five people died during the shocking and violent attack of the U.S. Capitol, including one U.S. Capitol officer.
