After weeks of speculation, Lori Harvey and Damson Idris have officially called it quits. The twosome dated for approximately a year, and the relationship has ended just as abruptly as it began.
There was tons of internet chatter this week claiming the two must have definitely broken up seeing that they unfollowed each other AND deleted pics of each other from their social media. Then, both Lori & Idris popped up in NYC at the same time on Monday, hitting separate events. Late last night, they both hit Odell Beckham Jr.‘s birthday party…separately.
Now, they are clearing the air once and for all.
In a joint statement shared exclusively with The Hollywood Reporter tonight (Tuesday), 26-year-old Lori and the 32-year-old “Snowfall” star said:
“We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication. We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together.”

Welp. That’s that.

Back in January, the two first sparked dating rumors when they were spotted leaving dinner together in L.A. Then they went Instagram official shortly after. And the rest was history – island baecays, red carpets, birthdays together, trips to his hometown in London, the works. Everything seemed all good, until it suddenly wasn’t.

The twosome were even spotted courtside at the Lakers vs. Warriors game just a few weeks ago.
Ish changes real quick in Hollywood. Especially where Lori’s concerned. She has never wasted half a second to completely move TF on from a relationship.

We’re sure the million think pieces about Lori – because y’all know men are never included in date-shaming think pieces – will kick off in 3…2…1…

bruh….
It seems that the YBF staff(‘s) attention all goes to IG and that is it.
I don’t have Twitter (X) so I don’t know about that.
But this website is neglected…totally.
Very disappointing.
I used to love to come here to see my folk. The red carpets, the weddings, Vacays, Black Excellence, and all the beautiful parts of black celebrities (not so much the BS gossip, uterus watching, and TMI news).
I don’t care for Bossip, The Shaderoom, or TMZ.
YBF used to have more class in its reporting, which I used to appreciate. Reporting about what convicts ate for Thanksgiving, is not it.
Not reporting on the whole Renaissance Red (Platinum) Carpet is crazy.
Get it together.
